Operational Excellence: Achieved double digit operating profit (EBIT) and volume objectives the past three years through expanding brand presence & portfolio by 35% in volume and driving a 110% increase in operating profits. 

New Product Innovation: Led a cross-functional new product development team and design agency to the successful launch of eight new product SKUs across all brands, generating 10% incremental market share and over $3M in revenue gains by filling identified category voids via market research. (New Pack Configurations, VAPs, New Line Extensions).

Brand Management: Developed and executed annual sales/marketing plans which included TTL programming and distribution efforts, heavily utilizing consumer and industry data, resulting in Asahi Super Dry increasing its position to the #2 Asian import; (+30% distribution in National Chain Accounts).

Leadership Effectiveness: Organized the complete overhaul & training of the business’ suite of sales & marketing solutions in order to best equip internal & external sales partners to sell more effectively & efficiently; including data/insight dashboards, online training platform, digital brand assets, and online POS/merchandising portal, among others.

Strategic Vision: Leveraged flavor/consumption trends and launched The Kraken Black Roast Rum (Coffee), and initiated the development of Kraken’s RTD cocktails generating a 15% increase in target channel penetration and a 10% lift in incremental sales.
